Who we are:

Our team consist of managers, designers, colour consultant, builders and also
gibstoppers, painters, tilers. They are all passionate about their profession. Several
of our staff and sub-contractors have worked for us for more than twenty years.

We predominately build in the lower half of the North Island. However we have been
known to build further afield including building several houses in Japan.

In the past we have also developed our own sub-division from cluster housing to
building roads and providing house and land packages.

Other projects have included a luxury building development in 2 Mile Bay, Taupo and
a luxury block of apartments also in Taupo.

Devon Homes are concerned about global warming, the environment and

sustainability. We are working to build low energy efficient houses.

Good insulation: R 3.2 for ceiling and R 2 for walls.
If your home is well insulated it will be warmer in winter and cooler in summer.

Double glazing gives you very good insulation, noise reduction and less condensation.

We will give you advice on energy efficient low voltage lighting, water saving tapware,
energy efficient cookware and heating.
